Job description for Sales Promotion at PT Kreasi Indah Alam

TUGAS & TANGGUNGJAWAB:

- Mempromosikan produk serta memberikan pelayanan pelanggan yang optimal.

- Melakukan penjualan produk hingga mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan.

- Secara proaktif mengembangkan hubungan dengan pelanggan.

- Merapikan display barang, mengecek stok barang, serta menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian toko.

- Menyusun laporan aktivitas operasional dan penjualan secara rutin dan berkala.

KUALIFIKASI:

- Pendidikan minimal SMU/SMK/Sederajat.

- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Sales Retail/Beauty Advisor Kosmetik/Kecantikan (lebih diutamakan).

- Memiliki passion dalam bidang kecantikan dan terbiasa dengan target penjualan yang tinggi.

- Memiliki kemampuan menjual, dan berorientasi pada target.

- Memiliki daya juang tinggi, disiplin, keterampilan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.

- Memiliki kemampuan persuasif dan interpersonal yang tinggi.

- Cepat beradaptasi, fast learner, cekatan, teliti, dan detail.

- Bersedia bekerja shifting dan masuk pada hari Sabtu, Minggu, serta hari libur nasional.

- Penempatan di Kota Makassar
