Job description for Sales Promotion Supervisor at PT Social Bella Indonesia

Kualifikasi:

- Min. pendidikan SMA/SMK.

- Memiliki pengalaman min. 3 tahun sebagai sales menghandle GT channel dan min. 1 tahun sebagai Supervisor/Team Leader untuk produk kecantikan/ FMCG untuk area terkait.

- Sudah memiliki pengalaman min. 2 tahun di area terkait.

- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang baik.

- Memiliki pemahaman proses bekerja di distribusi.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

- Mengelola bisnis di channel GT untuk mencapai target penjualan.

- Mengembangkan dasar-dasar penjualan di semua channel: distribusi, ketersediaan, visibilitas, dan pelaksanaan promo.

- Memimpin dan membimbing tim penjualan lapangan: BA, Merchandiser, dan Salesman.

- Bekerja sama dengan Tim Trade Marketing untuk membuat kalender promosi yang efektif dan efisien serta kegiatan BTL, terutama di Saluran Toko Kosmetik.

- Bekerja sama dengan tim distributor untuk menindaklanjuti masalah operasional: pengiriman, pengembalian, dan AR.

Bersedia ditempatkan di Homebase : Jakarta/Semarang/Yogyakarta/Bandung/Surabaya/Bali/Medan/Padang/Makassar/Banjarmasin
