Job Description:

Melayani pelanggan, menjelaskan karakteristik produk (top, middle, base notes),
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai SPG di industri Parfume atau Beauty
Membantu memilih aroma yang cocok
Mencapai target penjualan
Menjaga display toko rapi, dan membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan untuk memastikan kepuasan dan penjualan berulang
Penataan produk, hingga input data penjualan harian.

Kualifikasi:

Wanita (Wanita tidak berhijab).
Usia produktif.
Penampilan menarik, rapi, dan fashionable.
Memiliki personality yang baik, ramah, komunikatif, dan proaktif.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
Berorientasi pada target dan memiliki kemauan untuk belajar.
Terbiasa atau mampu mengoperasikan sistem pembayaran MOKA.
Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sebagai SPG, Sales Promotion, Beauty Advisor, Retail Sales, atau bidang sales lainnya.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift dan 6 hari kerja dalam seminggu.

Skema & Benefit Kerja

Placement: Tomorrow Lippo Icon Cibubur
Start Date: 1 September 2026
Periode Kontrak: 3 bulan awal
Working Days: 6 hari kerja / minggu
Day Off: 1 hari weekdays, ditentukan oleh pihak toko
Shift: 12.00 – 20.00 WIB
Fee: Rp3.500.000/bulan
