Job description for Sales Promoter at PT. Ledvance Trading Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and explain Ledvance lighting products to customers in retail stores and modern trade outlets.
• Provide clear product knowledge, including features, benefits, energy efficiency, and warranty information.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable lighting solutions based on their needs.
• Ensure product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support in-store promotions, product launches, and special sales campaigns.
• Build good relationships with store staff and supervisors to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Monitor stock availability and report low stock or competitor activities to the Sales team.
• Submit daily or weekly sales and activity reports.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Ledvance positively at all times.
Requirements
• Minimum Senior High School graduate (Diploma preferred).
• Experience as SPG/SPB in electronics, lighting, or retail industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and target oriented.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and promotional events if required.
• Basic understanding of lighting or electrical products is a plus (training will be provided).
