CV. Dwi Jaya Mandiri is a company engaged in the field of general supplier & trade. We play a role in supporting infrastructure development and fulfilling the demand for project material needs. We already support the customer project spread in Indonesia, such as PT WIJAYA KARYA (PERSERO) TBK, PT NINDYA KARYA (PERSERO) TBK, PT ADHI PERSADA PROPERTI, ABIPRAYA, PT PLN, PERTAMINA EP, etc. We have branches including PT Afaz Jaya Perkasa which is located in Jakarta & Surabaya, CV Dwi Jaya Mandiri which is located in Semarang & Bali, and PT Apada Cipta Jaya which is located in Boyolali.
Job Requirements :
1. Male/Female
2. Minimum education Diploma III (D3) from any major
3. Minimum 1-2 years experience as Sales/Marketing, preferably in construction, building material, infrastructure, or project-based industry
4. Have experience handling project sales (B2B), tender process, and dealing with contractors, developers, or government clients
5. Strong marketing, negotiation, and closing skills, especially in project-based transactions
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build long-term relationships with clients (contractor, owner, consultant)
7. Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
8. Familiar with quotation, pricing calculation, and project coordination
9. Willing to do field visits, canvassing project sites if needed
