Job description for Sales Project for Predmet Furniture at Predmet Construction

Predmet Furniture located at Badung, Bali is looking for Sales Project.

Qualifications & experience :

  1. Education in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineer, and Marketing Management will be advantage
  2. Have experience as Sales Project for construction/interior project/customize furniture/building materials
  3. Have a great connection with all stakeholders including client, building management, contractors, designers, architects and project developers
  4. Effective communication and presentation skill
  5. Professional, positive attitude
  6. Confident and dynamic personality
  7. Proven and delivered the best quality of previous experiences* in sales and marketing.
  8. Good oral and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential skills.
  9. Possess high level of integrity, self-motivated for quick learn and can-do attitude.
  10. Must have own vehicle with valid driving license and enthusiast to travel.
  11. Possess a high level of Negotiation and presentation skill.
  12. Good level in using a Google Workspace and Microsoft office are essential skills.
  13. Great understanding of market & territory in Bali Area.

Tasks & responsibilities :

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to meet sales targets and objectives
  2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of sales projects
  3. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  4. Conducting product knowledge sessions for Sales Developers.
  5. Generate actual measurements.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams & handle administrative tasks.
  7. Manage feedback and complaints from customers.
  8. Implementing strategies to acquire new projects.
  9. Build, develop & maintain a high level relationships with all stakeholders and distributors/principles.
  10. Brief and communicate a detailed product information to potential and loyal customers.
  11. Prepare a sales tools to support the sales activities and implementing the sales activities in accordance with marketing plans.
  12. Attract and retain B-2-B and B-2-C consumers to increase sales volume.
  13. Implement the tactical activities to complete sales targets that have been set.
  14. Introduce and promote the products / services of Predmet to potential customers.
  15. Perform a cost-benefit analysis and do a needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs as a best recommendations/ solutions.
  16. Provide a clear solutions in handling the customer complaints to optimize the customer loyalty.
  17. Develop the potential areas / markets to accelerate the revenue and provide sales status reports based on trends and customer feedback.
  18. Perform the sales planning based on customer opportunity and interests to optimize the production capacity and the creation of potential new products and services.
  19. Manage customer queries in a professional manner and ensure timely follow-up/continuity of services.
  20. Perform the highest level of product knowledge are well attained and maintained to deliver the best recommendations.
  21. Recognize and understand competitive products and features strengths in relation to the Predmet
