Tentang Perusahaan

Kami adalah perusahaan distribusi semir ban kendaraan otomotif yang terus berkembang di Indonesia. Saat ini kami mencari tenaga penjualan yang aktif, target-oriented, dan siap berkembang bersama kami di wilayah Jabodetabek.

Lokasi Kerja : Ruko Niaga Kecana, Daan Mogot Km14, Cengkareng Jakbar.

Lokasi interview : Pergudangan Eraprima Agus Salim, Poris Plawad, Kota Tangerang (Headoffice)

📌 Jam Kerja

• Senin – Jumat (08.00 – 16.00)

• Sabtu (08.00 – 13.00)

Tanggung Jawab

• Melakukan kunjungan harian menjual produk semir ban ke Car Wash, Agen/Distributor/Toko alat cuci Steam Kendaraan

• Mencari dan mengembangkan customer baru (new customer acquisition)

• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan existing

• Mencapai target penjualan bulanan

• Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke area Jakarta - Tangerang

• Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan atas aktivitas penjualan.

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (diutamakan)

• Terbiasa taking order dan canvassing setiap hari.

• Pengalaman sales otomotif menjadi nilai tambah

• Memiliki SIM C (wajib)

• Memiliki kendaraan sendiri lebih disukai

• Komunikatif, aktif, dan berorientasi pada target

• Bersedia mobile di area Jabodetabek

Benefit & Kompensasi

• Gaji pokok (base salary)

• Insentif penjualan

• Bonus pencapaian target 3 – 8%

• Reimburstment bensin perminggu berdasarkan laporan mingguan
