Job Description
Menyusun strategi dan program penjualan offline untuk setiap toko/mitra secara bulanan.
Melakukan riset pasar dan analisis potensi penjualan pada masing-masing toko/mitra.
Menyusun dan mengomunikasikan program penjualan kepada seluruh mitra.
Menyusun IP (Ideation & Planning) / editorial planner untuk mendukung program setiap mitra.
Melaksanakan meeting rutin bersama seluruh mitra untuk membahas program, penjualan, dan kebutuhan operasional.
Mengelola data penjualan pada POS/Dealpos mitra, termasuk melakukan penyesuaian data apabila diperlukan.
Mengontrol proses pengiriman produk kepada mitra dan memastikan produk diterima sesuai dengan kebutuhan toko.
Memastikan produk telah siap dijual di setiap toko, termasuk memastikan penataan dan display produk sesuai dengan standar estetika Jenna Kaia.
Menjalankan dan mengontrol program marketing serta aktivitas brand awareness di masing-masing toko/mitra.
Melakukan store visit secara berkala untuk memantau kondisi toko, display produk, aktivitas penjualan, dan kebutuhan mitra.
Melakukan pencarian dan seleksi event/bazaar yang sesuai dengan target pasar dan karakter brand Jenna Kaia, dengan target minimal 1 (satu) bazaar setiap bulan.
Mengelola pelaksanaan bazaar secara end-to-end, mulai dari pencarian dan pemilihan event, perencanaan, persiapan produk dan kebutuhan operasional, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi hasil bazaar.
Melakukan tugas lainnya yang diberikan oleh atasan yang masih berkaitan dengan tanggung jawab dan posisi.
