Kualifikasi

• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai sales Retail/Store min. 1 tahun

• Memiliki ketertarikan atau pengetahuan tentang olahraga padel menjadi nilai tambah

• Komunikatif, percaya diri, dan memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik

• Mampu mengoperasikan kasir/POS Dan transaksi digital

• Bersedia bekerja shift, weekend, dan hari libur

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Melakukan penjualan produk padel equipment & accessories

• Memberikan penjelasan produk (racket, aksesoris padel, dll.)

• Mencapai target penjualan individu maupun tim

• Melakukan upselling & cross selling produk

• Melakukan stock opname dan pengecekan ketersediaan barang

• Membantu aktivitas promosi store (event, launching produk, dll.)
