*Job Responsibilities*
- Analyze and optimize sales processes by mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Create, maintain and refine SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), ensuring policies, workflows, and documentation are up-to-date, consistent, and aligned with business needs.
- Act as a key liaison for policy, workflow, and procedural concerns for the sales team.
- Lead training programs for new hires on product knowledge, sales procedures, and system workflows, while conducting refresher sessions and policy updates for the sales team.
- Track and report key sales performance metrics to the Director, providing insights and actionable recommendations for growth.
*Job Requirements*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales operations, business process management, project management, or training & development. Experience in e-commerce or tech companies is a plus.
- Proven leadership experience, with prior responsibility for managing teams or cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM software for reporting and process management.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
- A proactive, self-starter attitude, with the ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
