Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a highly organized, proactive, and data-driven Sales Operations & Administration Assistant, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Operations & Administration Assistant will be responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate reporting, and seamless cross-department coordination. The position is designed to allow our Sales Head to fully focus on driving sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth — while you manage the supporting sales operations, reporting, and administrative processes.sa
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Administration & Data Management; update and maintain sales data and reporting
- Cross-Department Coordination; coordinate between sales, finance, distribution, IT and other departments
- Executive Reporting & Management Visibility; prepare clear visual reports
- SOP Development & Process Improvement; document & improve workflows
- Ad-Hoc Support & Sales Activities; arrange internal meetings & sales projects
Qualifications
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel with ability to create clean visual reports.
- Effective internal communication across departments.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined in tracking and follow-up.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.
- Discreet and professional in handling sensitive data.
- Fluent in professional Bahasa Indonesia & English.
