🚀 Job Opportunity: Sales Operations & E-commerce – Aether

About Aether

Aether Performance is a new business initiative under StickEarn Group, focusing on functional wellness products and building a new retail and e-commerce business stream.

As we grow Aether, we are looking for a Sales Operations & E-commerce Staff to support the day-to-day operational activities behind our online and offline sales channels.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations across Aether’s e-commerce channels, particularly Shopify, Shopee and TikTok Shop
• Monitor and process incoming orders and ensure timely fulfillment
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product information
• Coordinate packing, shipping, returns, refunds, and other order-related activities
• Monitor product inventory and conduct regular stock opname
• Coordinate stock replenishment and product movement
• Support pop-ups, exhibitions, sports events, and other offline activities
• Prepare product stock, payment tools, and other operational requirements for events
• Manage and support end-to-end live-selling activities, including product preparation, stock readiness, order monitoring, and live-shopping hosting.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports related to orders, inventory, and sales operations
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them
• Support other operational activities related to Aether’s sales channels as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, customer service, or retail is a plus
• Familiar with or interested in Shopee, TikTok Shop, and e-commerce operations
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling operational tasks
• Good communication and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Proactive, responsible, and a fast learner
• Comfortable working in a hands-on and fast-paced environment
• Willing to support pop-ups, events, and other offline activities when required
• Interested in learning about functional wellness products and their basic product information
• Willing to work fully from office (WFO) and support business activities when needed
