Job Description
As a Sales Operation Staff, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. You will build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, providing administrative and operational support to the sales team while delivering excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for coordinating unit stock availability with the principal, ensuring timely communication and accurate information throughout the sales process. In addition, you will prepare regular sales and operational reports, maintain accurate records in SAP, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support effective order processing and business operations.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a minimum Diploma Degree (D3) and has 3–5 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry. Previous experience with a heavy equipment dealership or leasing company will be considered an advantage.
You should have hands-on experience using SAP, as this is a mandatory requirement, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and collaborate effectively across teams. English proficiency is an advantage.
