Job description for Sales Operasional - LPK Jepang at PT Mitra Untuk Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
* Actively acquire students for training and placement programs through outbound calls, follow-ups, and direct sales activities.
* Aggressively conduct outbound calls to prospective students, schools, LPKs, and partners to generate leads and enrollments.
* Convince students, schools, and partner LPKs to cooperate with the company for school entry programs and student recruitment.
* Execute field sales activities including school visits, company visits, events, and offline promotions.
* Develop and manage sales pipelines from prospecting, offering, negotiation, to closing.
* Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to support online promotion strategies (social media, digital ads, etc.).
* Identify student and partner needs and provide suitable training and placement solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with students, schools, LPKs, and partner companies.
* Support job matching processes by preparing, screening, and sending qualified students to work in Japan.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding, training, and placement processes.
* Maintain accurate sales and student data, including follow-ups and enrollment status.
* Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, training, recruitment, or placement services.
* Strong communication, persuasion, and convincing skills.
* Must be aggressive and confident in outbound calling and direct sales activities.
* Proven ability to acquire students and achieve sales or enrollment targets.
* Able to negotiate effectively with students, schools, LPKs, and partner institutions.
* Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
* Understanding of education, training, or job placement programs is an advantage.
* Experience in job matching or overseas placement (Japan program) is a strong plus.
* Having networks with schools, universities, job seeker communities, or professional communities is an advantage.
