Sales & Service Online Associate, you will play a key role in driving online sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective customer handling. You will be responsible for managing the entire online sales process, from identify customer, answering customer inquiries to closing deals, and reporting.

Manage online customer inquiries and lead conversion through online channel

Provide accurate product information and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Can give feedback and ideas to improve sales tactics and strategy

Detail oriented and create reporting every business process 

Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Collaborate with the relevant teams to address product issues or service dissatisfaction.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and complaints, providing regular reports to management.

Strive to provide a positive customer experience even in difficult situations.

Can give feedback and ideas to improve customer satisfaction

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate.

A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and self-improvement.

1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service is a plus

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

High attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and Critical thinking

Ability to handle situations and can work under pressure to meet sales targets.

Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to empathize with and understand customers' needs.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Sheets.
