Job Description :
- Implement and monitor sales and marketing plans to achieve targets, visibility, and brand engagement
- Develop and execute account specific plans, ensuring strong relationships with business partners
- Identify new sales opportunities, upsell/cross sell, and drive new business acquisition
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure timely deal closures
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize results
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and pricing to refine sales strategies
- Proactively resolve client issues and overcome barriers to sales success
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, or in a sales role within a similar industry
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
