Job description for Sales NOO at TreeDots

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Bertanggung jawab untuk mencari, memetakan, dan mengakuisisi toko/outlet baru (New Outlet Opening / NOO) di lapangan. Peran ini berfokus pada membangun hubungan dengan calon pelanggan, melakukan prospek langsung di lapangan, serta memastikan outlet yang bergabung berhasil melakukan transaksi pertama mereka (aktivasi) demi mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Akuisisi Outlet: Mencapai target pembukaan outlet baru (NOO) yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.
  • Kunjungan Lapangan: Melakukan canvasing dan kunjungan harian ke calon pelanggan potensial sesuai target database / area.
  • Konversi Pelanggan: Mengubah status calon pelanggan (prospect) menjadi mitra aktif dengan tingkat konversi yang tinggi.
  • Aktivasi Toko: Memandu dan memastikan setiap outlet baru yang diakuisisi sukses melakukan order/transaksi pertama mereka.
  • Hubungan Baik: Membangun dan menjaga hubungan komunikasi yang kuat dengan pemilik outlet baru.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
  • Pengalaman: Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Sales Canvasser, Sales Lapangan, FMCG Sales, atau Business Development di bidang akuisisi toko/warung/outlet.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target harian (jumlah kunjungan) dan bulanan (jumlah akuisisi).
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan interpersonal skill yang persuasif.
  • Tangguh, menyukai kerja lapangan, dan memiliki kemampuan navigasi/pemetaan wilayah yang baik.
  • Persyaratan Tambahan: Memiliki kendaraan roda dua pribadi dan SIM C aktif.
