Requirement :

Minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Sales GT / FMCG / rokok lebih disukai.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
Terbiasa handling toko tradisional / retail outlet.
Target oriented dan mampu bekerja di lapangan.
Memiliki SIM C dan kendaraan pribadi.
Menguasai area penempatan menjadi nilai tambah.
Bersedia mobile dan melakukan kunjungan harian ke outlet.

Jobs Description :

Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke toko-toko, warung, dan outlet retail tradisional sesuai area yang ditentukan.
Menawarkan dan menjual produk perusahaan kepada pelanggan
Menjalin serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemilik toko dan customer.
Mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditentukan perusahaan.
Memastikan ketersediaan produk dan display produk di outlet.
Melakukan monitoring stok dan membantu proses penagihan apabila diperlukan.
Membuat laporan penjualan harian dan aktivitas kunjungan outlet.
Membuka outlet baru dan memperluas area penjualan.
