Job description for Sales Merchandiser at The Milk and Honey VA Team

Our client, Bali Micro Manufacturing, is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to help expand our Bali-made 3D-printed products across businesses in Bali.

About us

Bali Micro Manufacturing is a growing 3D printing company creating custom products such as keychains and branded merchandise. Our products are sold through stores across Bali, and we need a reliable merchandiser to keep them well-stocked and well-presented.

What you'll do

  • Deliver products, restock, and check inventory at partner stores
  • Maintain and improve product displays and merchandising
  • Manage multiple store visits and make sure stores are well-stocked and properly presented
  • Communicate with store staff and follow up via WhatsApp
  • Help acquire new stores and grow sales

What we're looking for

  • Experience in sales, merchandising, retail, or field-based roles (preferred)
  • Comfortable with product delivery, restocking, and inventory checks
  • Confident, proactive, and organized; able to work independently with consistent follow-ups
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp for store communication
  • Own a motorcycle/scooter and a valid SIM C, and willing to travel across Bali
