Job description for Sales Merchandiser (Modern Trade - Sales) at PT Altaf Digdaya Indonesia (Cave Men's Grooming)

Job Description :

Bertanggung jawab memastikan produk tersedia, tertata dengan baik, memiliki visibilitas yang optimal di outlet, serta menjalankan aktivitas merchandising untuk mendukung peningkatan penjualan dan eksekusi program perusahaan.

Objectives :

- Melaksanakan kunjungan outlet sesuai Visit Plan yang telah ditetapkan.

- Memastikan ketersediaan produk (On Shelf Availability) di seluruh outlet yang menjadi tanggung jawab.

- Menjaga display produk sesuai planogram dan standar visual merchandising perusahaan.

- Meningkatkan visibilitas produk melalui secondary display, POP material, dan aktivitas promosi.

- Memastikan harga, label, dan informasi produk terpasang dengan benar.

- Membangun hubungan kerja yang baik dengan PIC toko untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional.

- Melakukan monitoring stok dan memberikan rekomendasi replenishment kepada Team Sales.

- Menyampaikan laporan kunjungan dan kondisi outlet secara akurat dan tepat waktu.

Qualifications:

- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Merchandiser / Sales / FMCG (atau terbuka untuk Fresh Graduate).

- Pendidikan Diploma (SMA / SMK sederajat silahkan melamar)

- Memiliki SIM aktif dan kendaraan pribadi (untuk kunjungan outlet)
