Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
. 1 year of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a Commercial role.
- Familiarity with a fast-paced startup workplace, e-commerce, retail, or food delivery platforms is a huge plus.
- A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales and growth targets for your allocated merchants.
- Great verbal and written communication skills to build long-lasting trust with merchants,
- Strong understanding of Google Workspace (Sheets is a must) and Microsoft Office, and highly comfortable navigating and updating CRM tools (like Salesforce).
Job Description:
- Grow Existing Merchants:
- Upselling & Campaign Pitching: Proactively pitch marketing campaigns, promotional events,
- Assist merchants with updating their product catalogs, pricing, inventory availability
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date merchant records in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce),
- Issue Resolution
