Sales Marketing

Kualifikasi :

  1. Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) semua jurusan
  2. Mampu berkomunikasi dengan persuasif dan memiliki teknik negosiasi yang baik.
  3. Memiliki pengalaman dibidang Pemasaran khususnya di dunia F&B Katering, Lulusan baru dipersilahkan melamar.
  4. Memiliki minat atau pengetahuan dasar tentang jenis-jenis makanan, porsi, dan penyajian katering (prasmanan, nasi kotak, stall, dll).
  5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi eksternal dalam memasarkan produk katering
  6. Mahir dalam Microsoft Office (terutama excel).
  7. Memiliki dorongan kuat untuk mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan.
  8. Dapat bergabung secepatnya dan bersedia ditempatkan di Menteng, Jakarta Pusat.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Melakukan presentasi produk katering, menyusun proposal penawaran, melakukan negosiasi harga, hingga penandatanganan kontrak (SPK).
  2. Mencari potensi pasar baru, baik di sektor korporat (kantor, instansi pemerintah) maupun individu (pernikahan, acara sosial).
  3. Berkoordinasi dengan tim dapur dan tim operasional lapangan untuk memastikan pesanan sesuai dengan permintaan klien (termasuk jadwal pengiriman dan detail menu).
  4. Menyiapkan presentasi, proposal, dan penawaran produk catering, dan mengatur serta memandu sesi food tasting bersama calon klien.
  5. Menyusun laporan aktivitas harian, mingguan, dan pencapaian target penjualan secara berkala.
