Job descriptions :
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, members, and corporate clients.
Actively offer court packages, memberships, or event hosting services to individuals, communities, and companies.
- Follow-up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Manage and maintain customer database.
- Help brainstorm about promotional campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, in-venue marketing).
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies.
- Identify and approach potential sponsors, partners, or collaborators.
- Build long-term relationships with schools, companies, sports clubs, or influencers to increase exposure.
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements.
- Track and report sales and marketing KPIs weekly/monthly.
Requirements :
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Have at least 1 – 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in sports, fitness, or hospitality is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong communication, persuasion, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and creative.
Comfortable working in flexible hours, including weekends or event days.
Willing to help receptionist whenever required
