- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Conduct client prospecting, approach, presentation, and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Understand client needs and translate them into suitable agency solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations with the relevant team.
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, production, and other internal teams to develop client solutions.
- Manage the sales process from initial approach to deal closing.
- Negotiate with clients regarding scope, budget, timeline, and commercial terms.
- Monitor project progress and ensure client expectations are properly managed.
- Achieve business development, sales, and revenue targets.
- Maintain an updated database and tracker of leads, prospects, and client opportunities.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Business Development, Brand Partnerships, Advertising Sales, or Client Relations.
- Experience working in a media, creative agency, digital marketing, entertainment, or content company is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of branded content, digital campaigns, influencer marketing, and integrated media solutions.
- Highly proactive, commercially driven, and passionate about building meaningful business relationships.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and presentation software.
