Sales Marketing Specialist– Villa Hospitality
We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven, and experienced professional from the hotel or villa hospitality industry to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in OTA management, reservation handling, digital marketing, and guest relations, with the ability to increase bookings, build strong online presence, and deliver excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
OTA & Booking Management
Manage and handle reservations through major OTA platforms
Operate and manage booking engines integrated with OTA channels and the company website
Optimize listings, pricing strategies, and promotions to increase bookings and occupancy
Monitor booking performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
Follow up on inquiries and convert potential guests into confirmed bookings
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and re-bookings professionally
Sales & Marketing
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase villa bookings
Identify potential markets and sales opportunities (local and international guests)
Build promotional campaigns and special offers to attract new guests
Analyze booking trends, market demand, and competitor pricing strategies
Collaborate on promotional campaigns to improve property visibility and revenue
Social Media & Digital Promotion
Manage and grow social media platforms
Create engaging content and promotional campaigns aligned with current trends
Build brand awareness and increase property exposure through digital marketing
Work with photos, videos, and creative content to attract potential guests
Monitor engagement and optimize content strategies to generate bookings
Guest Communication & Service
Communicate with local and international guests in a professional and friendly manner
Respond promptly to guest inquiries through OTA platforms, email, and messaging
Provide assistance before, during, and after the guest stay
Deliver excellent guest experience and hospitality service
Payment & Financial Handling
Handle guest payments using Visa, Mastercard, and other payment methods accurately
Process payments through gateways such as Xendit, Red Dot Payment, and Instapay
Ensure all payment transactions are processed with zero errors
Coordinate payment records and reports with the finance team
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years experience in hotel or villa hospitality industry
Strong experience with OTA platforms and reservation systems
Experience in sales and marketing within hospitality industry
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong sales mindset and target-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality
Well-groomed and presentable appearance
Highly proactive with strong initiative
Fast, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
