We represent our client, a leading maritime company with extensive expertise in ship agency services, ship ownership, tugboat and barge chartering, and port management, committed to delivering reliable and integrated maritime solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with customers, principals, charterers, traders, shipping companies, and business partners.
* Handle tenders, proposals, commercial quotations, pre-qualification, and contract documentation.
* Coordinate with Legal, Operations, and Finance throughout the tender and contracting process.
* Monitor project execution, handle after-sales support, and resolve customer issues.
* Identify repeat business, contract renewal, and new business opportunities.
* Manage customer databases, sales administration, and project pipeline reports.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Shipping, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Tender, or Account Management.
* Experience in Shipping, STS, Port, Offshore, Oil & Gas, or Maritime Logistics is highly preferred.
* Experienced in tender, commercial proposal, and contract administration.
* Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and good command of English.
* Willing to travel for business when required.
