PT UNGGUL TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA SUKSES is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Representative. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving our business growth by executing strategic sales and marketing campaigns, closing deals, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with B2B and international clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and develop effective sales and marketing strategies in accordance with the Company's revenue and growth targets.
Identify, analyze, and prospect target markets based on consumer needs and market behavior.
Develop comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing, negotiation, and promotional methods.
Develop promotional materials (e.g., social media content, advertisements, and other marketing media) to support direct sales efforts.
Implement and manage sales-driven marketing campaigns optimally.
Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Monitor and analyze campaign and sales performance (sales volume, traffic, conversion rates, etc.).
Build, maintain, and expand exceptional customer and client relationships.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Fluent in English (active speaking and writing is a must).
Experienced candidates are preferred; however, fresh graduates or candidates with no formal experience who possess similar/relevant experience (e.g., internships, freelance, or related projects) are highly encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative, innovative, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Prior experience in handling B2B sales or participating in government tenders is an advantage.
