Job description for Sales Marketing Manager at Grand Artos Hotel Convention
Nestled in the Midst of busy city life, stands a sanctuary renowned for its 12-year legacy of exemplary service in the hospitality business. Grand Artos Hotel & Convention Magelang Central Java is urgently looking for qualified and experienced Indonesian Citizen.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Identifying new market opportunities, competition, industry trends, and changes in consumer behavior to support the development of offer and negotiation strategies towards potential customers.
- Planning and developing short-term and long-term business offer strategies also the marketing, branding, and event promotion strategies that support Convention & Exhibition to achieve company sales targets.
- Setting and evaluating the use of sales & marketing costs to ensure effective cost allocation.
- Evaluating sales, marketing, and promotion programs and performance to ensure target achievement, sales volume, and planning necessary follow-up actions.
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers and business partners to help build a positive company reputation, increase customer loyalty, and enhance long-term sales opportunities.
- Conducting analysis and evaluation of sales & marketing reports.
- Ensuring the implementation of sales activities in accordance with policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), conducting regular reviews, and providing recommendations for system and business process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.
Keahlian :
Manajemen Akun & Menjalin Relasi (Penjualan)
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum 2 year’s experience in similar position from 4 star business hotel
- At least Diploma degree
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
- Below 45 Years Old
- A great team player with excellence communication skills
