1. Medical Evacuation (24 hour service for medical emergency)
2. Medical Concierge (recommendation and appointment booking to the appropriate specialist, provide cost estimation, translation services)
3. Accommodations and transportation arrangement for patients and family.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Marketing Assistant at CV Lavender Medicare Indonesia located in Semarang. The Executive Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various task including planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, managing social media accounts, conducting market research, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Fluent in English
3. Passionate in communicate with patients, and willing to help patients
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
5. Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
6. Ability to work independently and work effectively in a team
7. Diploma's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
8. Prior experience in Marketing or Administrative role (preferred)
9. Familiarity with market research and data analysis (preferred)
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
11. Strong attention to details, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
12. Assisting patient in overseas and domestic
13. Attending phone call inquiry during weekends and after office hour
