🏢 We're Hiring: Sales Marketing Executive (Full Time) - The Stature Jakarta
Looking for a dynamic Sales Marketing Executive to join our team in Jakarta! You'll be the front line connecting our apartment units with customers.
What you'll do:
🔹 Source & convert leads through online, offline, and referral channels
🔹 Manage listings across property platforms
🔹 Conduct unit showings & tours for prospective tenants
🔹 Negotiate rental terms and close deals
🔹 Build relationships with external agents & relocation agents
🔹 Maintain tenant retention and handle lease admin
What we're looking for:
✅ Min. Diploma/Bachelor's degree (any major, marketing/hospitality/tourism a plus)
✅ 1–2 years experienced in marketing, sales, or real estate
✅ Fluent in English, both spoken & written — a plus
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✅ Attractive, well-groomed, and confident meeting clients
✅ Target-driven mindset
✅ Comfortable with social media & property marketplace platforms
✅ Honest, proactive, detail-oriented
✅ Available full time, incl. weekends for unit showings when needed
