Requirements:
1. S1 in sales & marketing
2. Min 2 years experience in sales & marketing
3. Having property / real estate experience /facility services company is an advantage
4. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
5. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
6. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
7. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct B2B sales, sales presentation and demo product
2. Reach out customer through cold calling, emails
3. Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
4. Achieve targets and outcomes
5. Analyze market potential, track sales and status reports.
