Job description for Sales Marketing Ex Bluebird at Bluebird Kemayoran

Kami membuka kesempatan karir yang menjanjikan dengan jenjang yang jelas, mulai dari masa pembekalan (trainee) hingga menjadi karyawan tetap.

1. Tahap Sales Trainee (Masa Percobaan)

Uang Transport: Rp 1.850.000 / bulan.
Insentif Penjualan: Rp 500.000 – Rp 1.500.000 per unit mobil terjual.
Waktu Kerja: Senin – Sabtu | Pukul 09.00 – 17.00 WIB.
Lokasi Kerja: Showroom Mobil.
Target Utama: Penjualan 2 unit mobil dalam waktu 2 bulan.
Tugas Harian: Membuat 5 konten promosi/penjualan kreatif per hari.

2. Tahap Karyawan Tetap (Bonus & Benefit Utama)

Bonus Penjualan: Rp 3.500.000 setiap berhasil menjual 2 unit (berlaku kelipatan).
Insentif Tambahan: Rp 1.000.000 – Rp 4.000.000 berdasarkan jumlah kelipatan unit terjual.
Jaminan Sosial & Perlindungan: Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT) dan jaminan Kesehatan.
Fasilitas Tambahan: Tunjangan masa kerja serta berbagai benefit menarik lainnya.
