SALES MARKETING ASSISTANT MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS :
- Understand end to end sales and marketing strategies including market analysis, lead generation, customer relationship management and business development
- Support manager to set up business target
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skill
- Capable of developing, executing and evaluating sales and marketing strategies to achieve company target
- Strong leadership skill with experience in supervising, mentoring and managing team performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work in fast-paced environment, target oriented and handle multiple project simutaneously
- Strong follow up skills and ability to mantain long-term client relationship
- Professional, confident and presentable appearance
- Willing to travel domestic and overseas for business trip
QUALIFICATION :
- Max. 45 Years Old
- Min. Diploma in any Major (Management, Business, Economy, Electrical and Machine are preferred)
- Min. 5 Years Experience in Sales
- Min. 3 Years Experience as B2B Sales
- Experience working in packing machine industry is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Have experience working in Japanese Company is advantage
- Fluent in English both spoken and written is a must
- Able to drive a car and have a valid driving license (A/B)
