- Working experiences in the same field at least 3 year

Job descriptions :
- Conduct sales according to the specified target
- Coordinate the implementation of sales strategies to superiors. 3. Creating and Implementing Pipelines
- Sourcing Prospect Clients (Sales Activity): Looking for Prospect Client, Making Approval, Making Presentations, Making Proposals (Price Offer Letters)
- Following Up on the Extension of the PKS that will end to the Client
- Preparing Cost Simulations (SimCost) / Business Schemes
- Determining whether or not a Project is feasible to be run at ISH by coordinating with Superiors
- Preparing BAK (Minutes of Agreement)
- Conducting Coordination Meetings (Project Briefings) with All Related Divisions (Recruitment, Operations, Finance, IT)
- Monitoring the Workforce Fulfillment process (If New Hire)
- Monitoring the New Project Process During One Payroll Cycle
- Analyzing Sales Performance Results By Weekly and Implementing Sales Strategies
- Receiving and Resolving Customer Complaints (Handling Complaints)
