Job description for Sales - Mandarin Speaker at PT Inti Indonesia Makmur
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related fields
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the event, exhibition, or B2B industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with targets and have high initiative to achieve results
- Manage and regularly update the customer database, administrative tasks, including preparing documents, proposals, and contracts
- Willing to travel for business trips when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s international market, particularly Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Identify, approach, and develop potential clients from China and other international markets.
- Communicate, follow up, and negotiate with prospects and clients using Mandarin.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services, including events, exhibitions, sponsorship packages, booths, advertising, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
- Present and demo products/services to prospective clients
