Job description

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can lead our team of jewellery executives through the full sales and design process from start to finish, from Customer Acquisition to Customer Delivery. You will monitor the team's sales performances and guide them on sales and retail operations. Additionally, you will resolve service challenges, if any, and supervise customer relationship management. You are also expected to be a brand ambassador to extend our brand's reach to your networks - This is to ensure you have sufficient understanding in our jewellery market and needs. More importantly, you are sociable, proactive and have the can-do attitude.

Job Scope:
Lead team of jewellery executives on sales & retail operations in our store
Encourage and motivate the team to achieve service excellence and meet sales targets
Monitor and improve Autium's customer relationship management policies
Sale of jewellery pieces to retail customers (commissions will be given)
Expand Autium's customer base through tapping on sales from own networks
Perform needs analysis and alignment for customer designs
Be an ambassador of our company brand
Job Requirements:
Min. education level of diploma
Min. 3 years work experience in retail / sales
Technical Skills:
Great sales skills & customer service skills
Leadership & People Management skills
Knowledge in jewellery & gemstones not necessary - just have the passion to learn!
