Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role in B2B and/or B2G sales environments.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of business development, sales strategy, and account management.
• Experience in the IT Solutions, System Integrator, Technology Distribution, Cybersecurity, Smart Office, Infrastructure, or Enterprise Solutions industry.
• Existing network within Government, BUMN, or Enterprise accounts will be a strong advantage.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify market opportunities.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and company sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Establish sales objectives, quotas, and performance metrics for the team.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and strategic accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions and proposals.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews, sales forecasting, and performance evaluations.
• Assess current sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to increase productivity and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present sales reports, business plans, and market insights to management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
