- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients, contractors, and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to provide suitable solar energy solutions for customers.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and after-sales support.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences to promote company products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar technology, renewable energy regulations, and market developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum [3–5] years of experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, renewable energy, electrical, or construction industries.
- Strong communication skills and negotiation
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and project visits.
