Arctic Bear Wellness is an international company specializing in premium wellness solutions: saunas, cold plunge systems, and wellness zones for villas, hotels, developers, and private clients.
We work with high-value projects ($5,000 – $100,000+) and are growing rapidly with a strong flow of inbound leads.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Bali team and drive revenue growth.
🎯 ROLE OBJECTIVE
To convert qualified leads into clients by delivering high-quality consultation, managing the sales process, and closing deals.
🧩 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle incoming leads (WhatsApp, Instagram, website)
Consult clients and understand their needs
Present product solutions and value clearly
Manage full sales cycle: lead → offer → contract → payment
Work with CRM system (pipeline, follow-up, tracking)
Coordinate with operations team to ensure project feasibility
Maintain accurate client data and communication records
Participate in team meetings and sales strategy discussions

Response time to leads
Conversion rate (lead → deal)
Monthly sales volume
CRM discipline and pipeline management
💰 COMPENSATION
Base Salary: IDR 3,791,003
Commission & Bonus: Based on deals closed (high earning potential)
👉 High performers can significantly increase total income through commission.

✅ REQUIREMENTS
Experience in sales (B2C / B2B)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable handling high-value clients
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
English proficiency (required)
