Sales Manager
Qualifications:
Female / Male, maximum 38 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years experience in Hotel Sales, preferably in 4–5 star hotels or serviced residences
Strong background in handling Corporate, Government, Travel Agent, and Long Stay market segments
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue growth
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Strong networking and database in Jakarta hospitality market is highly preferred
Able to create sales strategies, sales call plans, and market penetration programs
Good understanding of hotel operational departments and hospitality service standards
Proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin, or other foreign languages is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners
Conduct sales calls, client visits, and hotel presentations regularly
Identify new business opportunities and maximize hotel revenue
Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
Coordinate with operational departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking activities
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
