Job description for Sales Manager at PT Flexi Solutions Indonesia

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships in the B2B market, particularly for Flexibag.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets.
Handle B2B sales activities, including customer development, product presentation, negotiation, pricing discussion, and business coordination with customers and suppliers.
Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and China Head Office (HQ) to ensure smooth order execution, supplier coordination, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, market updates, and business insights for management and HQ while ensuring effective communication and alignment with the global team.
