Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the Data Center, ISP, or Cloud Services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Strong understanding of Data Center solutions (Colocation, Cloud, Managed Services) & ISP services (Dedicated Internet, MPLS, SD-WAN).
• Experience handling Enterprise & Corporate clients.
• Extensive industry network, particularly in Technology, Financial, and Telecommunications sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and result-oriented mindset.
• Leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written).

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Build a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and enterprise clients.

3. Account Management & Customer Satisfaction

• Ensure service offerings align with customer needs.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential customers.
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

4. Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, and support) to optimize sales effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and training to junior sales team members.

5. Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Utilize data and insights to improve future sales strategies.
