We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and help take Moonstone Beach Lounge to the next level.
Job Description:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing sales and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. You will promote the lounge to new clients, including corporate clients, event planners, and private groups, while also maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and drive bookings.
- Client Relationships: Build strong connections with corporate clients, event planners, local businesses, and individuals seeking event spaces.
- Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities in the hospitality, corporate, and private event sectors.
- Client Support: Manage inquiries and ensure client needs are met throughout the booking and event process.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team on promotions and special offers to attract new clients.
- Sales Monitoring: Track sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
- Networking: Represent the lounge at industry events and trade shows to increase visibility.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in hospitality, events, or restaurants.
- Strong understanding of sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects.
- Motivated to achieve sales targets and drive results.
