Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years total experience, in automation industry/ tractors or relevant background
  • Has experience in automation industry
  • Not too old experience—must be adaptable, coachable, and proactive in execution.
  • Hunter mentality—aggressive in pursuing new customers and market opportunities.
  • High energy, persistence, and full of spirit to tackle obstacles and achieve business goals.
  • Fast learner—able to quickly understand products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and action plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Preferably owns a car for mobility and customer visits
