The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and managing a team of sales professionals. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. The Sales Manager will also oversee the performance of the sales team, provide guidance and support, and ensure that all sales activities align with company goals and objectives.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or power equipment sector, is required. Strong skills in sales strategy, business development, communication, sales management, B2B sales, sales operations, key account management, sales planning, performance management, and team management are essential.
