Job description for Sales Manager at PT. Living Fitness Indonesia
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase sales of wearable health devices in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporates, and business partners.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the market, including through market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage and develop multiple sales channels effectively in order to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and manage a sales budget that is aligned with sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to understand market trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company strategies.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including experience in the healthcare or technology industry, has omnichannel/ecommerce/retail modern store experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, selling skills, data analysis skills, team management skills, tech savvy, active lifestyle and health enthusiast.
- Knowledge of the healthcare and technology industries, including wearable health devices.
- Placement in Central Jakarta
