- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, leading sales teams to meet or exceed quotas

- Demonstrated ability to develop and leverage an international or regional client network
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and key decision-makers
- Expert-level negotiation skills to close deals and secure long-term contracts
- Decision making related to sales strategy and operations
- Ability to provide technical guidance and product recommendations based on customer requirements
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, leading sales teams to meet or exceed quotas.
- Mentoring, training, and managing a team of sales professionals
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and identifying new business opportunities
- Preparing sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance reports for senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Textiles, or a related field
- Proficiency in English is typically required, with additional languages Mandarin.
