Job Description:
1. Support Head of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Generate and acquire new clients through proactive lead generation and business development.
3. Sell integrated 360° digital marketing solutions based on client needs.
4. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, to closing.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
6. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
7. Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
8. Monitor sales pipeline, performance, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related major
- Min. 3 year experience as Sales Manager
- Working Experience at Agency/Media is a plus
- Aware with Social Media, Influencer/KOL, Production House and Digital Ads
- Client Oriented & Strong Personality Skill
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- A hard worker and target oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
