Join Our Growing Team!

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B, reseller network, Modern Trade (MT) & General Trade (GT).
This role is crucial in driving sales growth, expanding distribution, and building strong, long-term partnerships with key business accounts.

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

  • Mengembangkan strategi penjualan dan ekspansi customer baru
  • Merancang dan mengimplementasi strategi penjualan untuk meningkatkan penjualan team sales offline (toko tradisional, retailer, reseller, corporate buyer, modern trade)
  • Mengerti area mapping dan pricing strategy
  • Menyusun dan mempresentasikan proposal, quotation, dan kerja sama bisnis
  • Menjaga price discipline & channel harmony
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan client
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target penjualan
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan leadership yang baik
  • Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun individu
  • Mampu bekerja sama dengan divisi lain (warehouse, finance, service, admin)
  • Menguasai Ms Office & Google Sheets untuk laporan
  • Membuat laporan penjualan dan aktivitas secara rutin

Kualifikasi :

  • Minimal D3 (Manajemen, Bisnis, Marketing, Komunikasi atau setara)
  • Pengalaman di Kitchen & Home Living / FMCG durable goods menjadi nilai tambah
  • Pengalaman min. 5 tahun sebagai Sales Manager
  • Memahami sales cycle dan proses negosiasi
  • Bersedia melakukan business travel
  • Mempunya hard skills dalam

· Penyusunan proposal, quotation, dan presentasi bisnis

· Analisis kebutuhan klien

· Pemahaman dasar pricing, margin, dan revenue

· Account planning & account growth

  • Komunikasi profesional & persuasif
  • Relationship-driven & customer-oriented
