Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal D3, diutamakan S1 Manajemen, Marketing, Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Sales/Marketing, diutamakan Consumer Goods/FMCG.

Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan negosiasi yang baik.

Menguasai strategi penjualan, pemasaran, dan pengembangan pasar:

Mampu memimpin, mengarahkan, dan mengevaluasi kinerja tim Sales.

Menguasai SOP, administrasi, monitoring, dan reporting aktivitas Sales.

Memiliki kemampuan analisis, problem solving, dan pengambilan keputusan yang baik.
